Our Signature Session! This 105 minute session is a personally designed session where a yoga session and a massage session are combined in order to address your wellness needs. We will use breath techniques, movement, mindfulness practices, and bodywork to help you recover, restore and reconnect. Book this session for the complete experience of Koshawell Yoga & Massage.

This session focuses on areas of injury sustained from an accident or incident that has left you with acute or chronic pain. We do not bill medical insurance, but we can bill PIP or LNI, with an Rx and an active case number. You, the client, are responsible for services not paid by the insurance company. Your therapist will conduct an assessment of your areas of injury and curate massage a treatment plan that may include weekly visits and at-home self-care.
